Nicole and Shelbie have their doctorate in physical therapy and Nicole is an orthopedic specialist! Cory is a USA Weightlifting coach and head Crossfit Coach! Together, we develop the movement and safety you need to achieve the performance you want.
Our team has been working with athletes, just like you, for a combined 25 years of experience, with over 1,500 athletes, and lots of certifications. Our true passion is teaching you how to SCREEN your movement/ body and how to DEVELOP no bulls*t flexibility and movement improvements.
