DATES February 21-23, 2025

Location: Ohio Building Terre Haute, IN 

All meals and snacks for the event duration will be covered including a meet and greet lunch on the first day! All food cooked by local functional medicine health coach and chef team, all locally sourced and high vibe food! (might even be some fun treats to take home.) 

What we will be doing/ creating: 

• Journal prompts and exercises for discovering goals and highest identity 
• Breathwork
• Healing practices like meditation, yoga, tapping, and more 
• Professional photo shoot (optional) 
• Lots of space for fun, play, movies, connecting with other like minded women looking for growth, finding themselves, being happy, and deeply healing! 

I am Dr. Nicole Woodard and I am going to be your host and guide throughout the weekend. 

I am a doctor of physical therapy, certified complimentary medical life coach, clinical hypnotist, and certified breathworker. I have been on my own healing journey for 7+ years and have been facilitating clients 1:1 and in groups in healing their nervous system and achieving their goals for the last 5+ years including a decade prior working with professional level athletes.

Overnight accommodations not included: If you would like to book a room at the event venue you will receive an email after registration to complete. See pic below for an example of the king size rooms. There are only 4 available at the venue, but other overnight accommodations can be made nearby.
